Cancellation policy
This policy applies to recurring Murs Club memberships.
Automatic Renewal
Murs Club is an automatically renewing paid membership.
By purchasing Murs Club, you authorize Murs and its payment and membership service providers to charge the payment method associated with your membership at the price and billing frequency disclosed to you at checkout.
Unless canceled, your membership will continue to renew automatically according to the applicable billing schedule.
Cancellation
You may cancel future renewals at any time through the cancellation method made available through your Murs account or membership management interface.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been incurred.
Effective Date of Cancellation
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, cancellation applies to future renewals.
If you cancel after a membership charge has already been processed, your cancellation will prevent the next applicable renewal charge.
Your membership and applicable benefits may remain active through the end of the current paid billing period.
Refunds
Unless required by applicable law:
- membership fees are non-refundable once charged;
- cancellation does not result in a prorated refund;
- unused membership time is not refundable;
- unused benefits are not refundable; and
- failure to use the membership does not entitle you to a refund.
Any refund otherwise approved by Murs will be handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
Membership Changes
Where available, certain membership details may be managed through your account or membership management interface.
Any changes to billing frequency, membership plan, payment method, or other recurring terms will take effect as disclosed when the change is made.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Murs or its payment or membership service providers may make additional attempts to process the payment where permitted.
Membership access or benefits may be suspended, restricted, or terminated if required payment cannot be successfully processed.
Additional Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived.
Where applicable federal or state law provides additional cancellation rights, Murs will provide those rights as required.
